A method for producing an organolithium compound includes the step of reacting an aromatic compound or a halogenated unsaturated aliphatic compound and a lithiating agent in the presence of a coordinating compound containing three or more elements having a coordinating ability in a molecule, at least one thereof being a nitrogen element, or a coordinating compound containing three or more oxygen elements having a coordinating ability in a molecule, at least one of the groups containing the oxygen elements having a coordinating ability being a tertiary alkoxy group, at a temperature of −40° C. to 40° C.

The present invention discloses a method for preparing a perfluoroalkyl sulfinate ester. The method includes reacting an α-carbonyldiazo compound and a sodium perfluoroalkyl sulfinate, in an organic solvent, in the presence of anhydrous copper acetate as an optimal catalyst and tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) as a green oxidant, to obtain the perfluoroalkyl sulfinate ester. Compared to the prior art, the present method has the advantages of a wide range of reaction substrates, a short reaction time, a high reaction yield, and mild reaction conditions. The reaction does not require pre-activation of sodium perfluoroalkyl sulfinate, which can participate in the reaction directly, making reaction operations simple. The present method uses TBHP as a green oxidant and produces tert-butanol and water after reaction. Moreover, the present method avoids using a bromide or a chloride as a reaction material, and thus avoids formation of a large amount of a halide salt.

Provided are a novel N-transfer reagent and a method for preparing the same and its application. The N-transfer reagent is represented by the following Formula (I):
The various novel N-transfer reagents of the present invention can be quickly prepared by employing different nitrobenzene precursors. The N-transfer reagents can directly convert a variety of amino compounds into diazo compounds under mild conditions. Particularly, the N-transfer reagents can facilitate the synthesis of the diazo compounds. The application of synthesizing diazo compounds of the present invention can greatly decrease the difficulty in operation, increase the safety during experiments, reduce the cost of production and the environmental pollution, and enhance the industrial value of diazo compounds.
