A new P-chiral phosphine ligand, (R,R)-2,3-bis(tert-butylmethylphosphino)quinoxaline, has been prepared by the reaction of enantiomerically pure tert-butylmethylphosphine-borane with 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline.
