  我们基于同位素编码的p的使用，开发了一种新的同位素标记方法-二甲基氨基苯甲酰（DmPA）溴化物为试剂，结合液相色谱-质谱（LC-MS）进行高性能代谢组分析，重点是分析含羧酸的代谢产物。衍生反应简单，快速（1小时加30分钟以淬灭反应），并且适用于各种羧酸，收率高，副产物少或几乎没有。事实证明，这种标记方法不仅可以有效地引入同位素标记物以进行准确的代谢物定量，而且可以提高代谢物在反相（RP）LC中的色谱保留率，将ESI效率提高2-4个数量级，并有助于LC-MS中代谢物峰的鉴定。1：1比例的13 C- / 12重复三次用C-DmPA标记的人类尿液，我们能够从含有一个或多个羧酸基团的代谢物中检测到2671、2546和2820个离子对。
