Reactions of lithium enolates 2a,b derived from 5-methoxy(or 5-ethylthio)-4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)- furan-2(5H)-ones (1a,b) with various electrophiles, such as alkylating agents, aldehydes, phenyl isocyanate, acyl chlorides, and trimethylsilyl chloride, occur regiospecifically to give the corresponding 5-substituted derivatives in synthetically useful yields.
5-甲氧基(或5-乙硫基)-4-(吡咯烷-1-基)-呋喃-2(5 H)-ones(1a,b)衍生的烯醇锂2a,b与各种亲电试剂的反应,例如烷基化试剂,醛,异氰酸苯酯,酰氯和三甲基甲硅烷基氯在区域上特异性地产生,从而以合成上有用的产率得到相应的5-取代的衍生物。
