A composition, in aqueous solution, comprising insulin in hexameric form, at least one substituted anionic compound and at least one polyanionic compound, said substituted anionic compound consisting of a discrete number n of between 1 and 8 of identical or different saccharide units, linked via identical or different glycoside bonds, said saccharide unit or one of said saccharide units being in open, oxidized or reduced form, said compound comprising salifiable carboxyl groups and said substituted anionic compound bearing on its reductive chain end at least one radical AA resulting from an aromatic amino acid comprising a phenyl or an indole, which may or may not be substituted, or an aromatic amino acid derivative comprising a phenyl or an indole, which may or may not be substituted.
It is to provide a novel heterocyclic compound which has the effect of inducing degradation of interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase-M (IRAK-M) protein and is expected to be useful for the prevention/treatment of cancer, fibrosis, infectious diseases, etc. The present invention provides a compound represented by the following formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
The present invention relates in a first consideration to aldimines of formula (I). Said aldimines are particularly suitable as latent hardeners in curable compositions, particularly compositions comprising one or two-component isocyanate groups. Due to the presence of the reactive group, they can be converted to compounds of the formulas (X) and (XII) comprising aldimine groups, implementing a further consideration of the present invention. The aldimines, or the compounds comprising aldimine groups, can be used primarily in adhesive and sealant materials, but also in coatings, and can be produced easily from readily available source materials, and have good thermal stability. The tertiary amino group thereof has a surprisingly low alkalinity and can in some cases have a catalytic effect in chemical reaction systems.
Aldimines of Formula (I), which can be used as latent curing agents in curing compositions, for example, in moisture-curing polyurethane compositions that have isocyanate groups. The aldimines are compounds that can be liquid at room temperature, can have a hardly noticeable aldehyde odor before, during and after hydrolysis, and can have a long shelf life. An aldehyde in polyurethane compositions that is released during hydrolysis has only a slight softening effect and can exhibit very little tendency to migrate or exude.
Novel bismaleimides of the formula
wherein n=1,2 or 3 are formed in two steps by reacting a diamine and maleic anhydride to form a bismaleic acid which is reacted with acetic anhydride in the presence of acetone to form the bismaleimide. This can then be further reacted with a high molecular weight polyoxyalkyleneamine resulting in a novel bismaleimide derivative of a higher molecular weight polyoxyalkyleneamine, which derivative has the general formula:
wherein R¹ and R² are independently alkyl or hydrogen, x, y and z depend on the amine used, n is 1, 2 or 3 and m is predominantly 1.
