西那普肽是一种人工合成的21肽，主要用于治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征。

制备过程

将保护21肽树脂转移至2000ml反应器中，加入事先配制好并预冷至约-10到-7℃的试剂（TFA/TIS=932ml/68ml），在13-16℃搅拌65分钟后减压除溶剂。将小体积溶液转移至1000ml冷无水乙醚中，沉淀后过滤收集并用无水乙醚充分洗涤，最后真空干燥得西那普肽粗品84.5g（68.8mmol），收率98.3%。

多肽性质

西那普肽是一种合成的21肽，主要作为药物的原料，用于制备肺表面活性物质，临床应用于治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征。
