a safe method in which highly unstable O-mesitylsulfonylhydroxylamine (MSH) can be prepared and consumed in continuous flow. MSH was prepared in situ and used for the flow amination of a range of pyridines, which were subsequently transformed into useful pyrazolopyridine building blocks.
