The invention relates to the use of a onium salt functionalized by at least one organic function, as a soluble support, in the presence of at least one organic solvent, for organic synthesis of a molecule, in a homogenous phase, by at least one transformation of said organic function. The onium salt enables the synthesized molecule to be released. The onium salt is present in liquid or solid form at room temperature and corresponds to formula A

Epoxidation and Baeyer–Villiger oxidation of olefins and (cyclic) ketones were successfully carried out in hydrogen-bond-donating (HBD) ionic liquids, using a lipase-catalysed cascade and hydrogen peroxide as the terminal oxidant. Hydroxy-containing ionic liquids such as triethyl(3-hydroxypropyl)ammonium, 1-(3-hydroxypropyl)-3-methylimidazolium, 3-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-methylimidazolium, and 1-(3-hydroxypropyl)pyridinium chlorides were used as catalysts for the addition of carbon dioxide to epoxides, which gives cyclic carbonates. The effect of CO2 pressure and reaction temperature on the conversion of epoxides, as well as a promoting effect of inorganic substrates were studied.

nanostructures can be facilely deposited in situ on the surface of Chi/RTILs through electrodeposition. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) results demonstrate that the alloy size is significantly dependent on the structure of the Chi/RTILs, with sizes ranging from 2.8 to 84.7 nm. Based upon the functionalized RTILs, nine Chi/RTIL–Au/Pt biosensors have been fabricated. First
