用途
它是一种合成拟肾上腺素药物甲氧非那明的中间体。
生产方法
将邻甲氧基苯甲醛、硝基乙烷、甲苯和正丁胺搅拌混匀后升温蒸出甲苯和水直至脱水量达到理论值。随后加入水、铁粉和三氯化铁,升温至回流状态,滴加盐酸。滴加完毕后保持回流1小时,过滤得到滤液并用甲苯进行提取。提取后的溶液使用亚硫酸氢钠洗涤,并在减压条件下蒸馏。收集128℃(2.0 kPa)的馏分以获得2-甲氧基苯基丙酮,收率为53%。
