生物活性

Mizagliflozin（KWA 0711）是一种新型、高效且选择性的钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白1 (SGLT1) 抑制剂，其对human SGLT1的Ki值为27 nM。Mizagliflozin 的选择性比(Ki value for human SGLT2/Ki value for human SGLT1) 达到303。此外，该化合物还具有改善慢性便秘的潜力。
