  A quinoline derivative of the formula ##STR1## wherein Z is an amino group or a halogen atom, and R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and an ester thereof and a salt of the derivative or the ester and processes for preparation thereof.
