Tritoqualine 是一种组氨酸脱羧酶抑制剂。

体外研究

通过给予大鼠 Tritoqualine(200 mg/kg,每天一次,连续7天)来研究其对四氯化碳(CCl₄)诱导的酶泄漏的影响。结果显示,在 Tritoqualine 预处理的大鼠中,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放的比例显著低于对照组大鼠。加入 7.8 mM CCl₄ 后,丙二醛(MDA)生成速率加速;Tritoqualine 在剂量依赖性地降低该速率,并在浓度为 33 μM 时完全阻止了 CCl₄ 刺激的脂质过氧化。

体内研究

单次给予四氯化碳(CCl₄,0.75 mL/kg)可导致肝脏内体脂质过氧化增加五倍。相比之下,在四氯化碳处理前14天给予 Tritoqualine (100 mg/kg)的预处理可以减少37%的脂质过氧化;维生素 E(25 mg/kg)预处理的大鼠则表现出63%的降低。
