制备方法与用途

用途

月桂酸油醇酯可作为双酚A环氧树脂的活性稀释剂。它毒性小,使用方便,并能改善一些树脂硬化后的性能,例如抗冲强度等。其参考用量范围为5%~15%。

合成

正丁醇首先与三氟化硼乙醚络合物中的乙醚发生络合反应,生成正负离子对。该正负离子对进一步与环氧氯丙烷进行醚化反应,生成醚化中间体。随后,在碱金属氧化物的作用下,醚化中间体会脱去原子并发生闭环反应,最终生成正丁基缩水甘油醚月桂酸油醇酯)。

    A lubricant for treating synthetic fibers prepared by adding to a composition comprising a conventionally known smoothing agent, surfactant, etc. a polyethylene-polyamine- polyacetic acid derivative represented by the following general formula (1): wherein R, and R2 each represents H or an alkyl or alkenyl group containing 1 to 22 carbon atoms, n represents an integer of 0 to 4, M+1 to M+2 each represents a hydrogen ion, alkali metal ion or ammonium ion represented, for example, by the following general formula (II): wherein R3, R4, R5 each represents H, alkyl, alkenyl, hydroxyalkyl, polyethoxyalkyl, polypropoxyalkyl, or polyethylene- polyaminoethyl. This lubricant imparts smoothness and antistatic properties to synthetic fibers during their production and processing.

    The present invention discloses a polyester fiber having a birefringence of 0.025 or more, comprising at least 90% by weight of a poly (trimethylene terephthalate), on which a finishing agent composed essentially of (1) an aliphatic hydrocarbon ester having a molecular weight of 300 to 800 and/or a mineral oil having a Redwood viscosity at 30°C of 40 to 500 seconds, (2) a polyether having a structure containing an ethylene oxide unit and a propylene oxide unit, (3) a nonionic surfactant, and (4) an ionic surfactant in a specific proportion is applied. With an application of the specific finishing agent, processability during various steps from the spinning step to the processing step, for example, processability during the spinning and drawing steps, unwinding step from yarn package, false-twist texturing, weaving, and knitting processings are drastically improved, thus obtaining a poly (trimethylene terephthalate having excellent smoothness, abrasion resistance, cohesiveness and an anti-static electricity property.

    A composition for treating synthetic fibres comprises a lubricant in an amount of from 65 to 94% by weight of the composition, a non-ionic surfactant in an amount of from 5 to 20% by weight of the composition, and an amphoteric surfactant in an amount of from 0.1 to 5% by weight of the composition, wherein said amphoteric surfactant comprises of one or two compounds selected from the group consisting of carboxybetain-type amphoteric surfactants shown by Formula (1) given below, and amino-acid-type amphoteric surfactants shown by Formula (2) given below: wherein R1 is an alkanoyl group having from 8 to 22 carbon atoms or an alkenoyl group having from 8 to 22 carbon atoms; R2 is H or a methyl group; R3 and R4 are each independently an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R5 is an alkyl group having from 8 to 22 carbon atoms or an alkenyl group having from 8 to 22 carbon atoms; R6, R7, R8 and R9 are each independently an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; Y is N or P; and n is an integer of 2 or 3. The composition is useful in a method of treating synthetic fibers, particularly false-twisting and drawing processes, comprising the steps of: causing an agent to be adhered to the synthetic fibers so as to be present in amount of from 0.1 to 3% by weight of spun synthetic fibers; and thereafter simultaneously carrying out drawing and false-twisting processes on said spun synthetic fibers.
