(Z)-1,4-Diphenyl-2-phenylamino-2-butene-1,4-dione: Synthesis and Mechanizm of Formation
摘要:
Heating of 1-phenyl-2-(phenylamino)ethanone in a water-ethanol solution of potassium carbonate gave rise to (Z)-1,4-diphenyl-2-phenylamino-2-butene-1,4-dione; it formed most probably by reaction of the initial aminoketone with its oxidation product, 1-phenyl-2-(phenylimino)ethanone.

A new strategy for the synthesis of 3-methylene-2,3-dihydro-1 H -pyrazoles is presented by Ni-catalyzed oxidative cyclotrimerization of α-aminoketones. This unprecedented method allows three α-aminoketones to undergo sequential multiple deprotonations and deamination through two C–C bonds and one N–N bond formation cascade.
An effective protocol for synthesis of some new vicinal diamine derivatives is reported through a one-potreaction between arylglyoxals and aniline derivatives promoted by triethyl phosphite as a reductive coupling reagent. All reactions were conducted in ethanol as solvent at room temperature and the stable solid products were obtained by simple filtering off the precipitated solids in high yields
