制备方法与用途

简介

碱性橙22又叫阳离子橙R，主要用于腈纶及其混纺织物的染色。这种染料为稍带红光的艳橙色，色光稳定，也适用于二醋酸纤维和氯纶的染色。在染锦/腈混纺织物时，锦纶很少沾色。碱性橙22还可以与阳离子红紫3R拼染大红色。

化学性质

碱性橙22是一种暗橙色粉末，易溶于水，在120℃高温染色时色光不变。其配伍值K=1。

用途

主要应用于腈纶纤维的染色和腈纶织物的直接印花，为稍带红光的艳橙色，色光稳定。同时也适用于二醋酸纤维、氯纶及锦/腈混纺织物的染色，在染锦纶时很少沾色。此外，它还可以与阳离子红紫3R拼染大红色。

生产方法

碱性橙22以三倍司和1-甲基-2-苯基-3-吲哚甲醛为原料，在冰醋酸介质中于90℃缩合后倾入水中，并转化为氯化物即得产物。
