  本发明公开了一种防锈剂2‑(1,3‑苯并噻唑‑2‑硫基)丁二酸的制备方法，其特征在于以L‑天门冬氨酸为原料经重氮化溴代反应，合成溴代丁二酸，溴代丁二酸与2‑巯基苯并噻唑进行亲核取代反应，产物经酸化、过滤、洗涤得到2‑(1,3‑苯并噻唑‑2‑硫基)丁二酸。生产溴代丁二酸的水相可以用于下步2‑(1,3‑苯并噻唑‑2‑硫基)丁二酸钠酸化过程，酸化后其水相又可以重新用于生产溴代丁二酸。整个反应体系水相可以循环套用，极大减少废水排放量，经多次循环后废水可以用于提取钠盐或者液溴，生产的2‑(1,3‑苯并噻唑‑2‑硫基)丁二酸产品具有高纯度，经高效液相色谱检测其纯度可达97％。整个反应系统环保无污染，原子利用效率高，工艺操作简单，产率高，尤其适合工业化生产。
