2-picolyl-p-tolyl ketone, L and L′, respectively, and various anions (Cl−, Br−, NSC−, BF4− or ClO4−) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, magnetic susceptibility, ESR, IR and reflectance spectral measurements.
