13C, 17O and 73Ge NMR spectra of seven tetraalkoxygermanes have been investigated. 73Ge resonance signals in these compounds are more sensitive to structure variations than those of 29Si in isostructural alkoxysilanes. 17O and 13C NMR spectra of alkoxygermanes Me4-n Ge(OR)n (R = Et, Pr, Bu, i-Bu, s-Bu, CH2CHCH2, CH2CH2OMe, CH2CF3; n = 1–3) have been studied.
