制备

第一步:皂化反应。将所需的环烷酸与12%氢氧化钠(摩尔比为1:0.98~0.995)加入到反应器中,开动搅拌器,加热升温至90~97℃,反应时间为2~3小时。实验中,皂化反应后的油相和皂相分离通过自然沉降实现;若效果不明显,则需静置约30分钟后,再加入食盐进行盐析处理并分离。

第二步:复分解反应。摩尔配比为环烷酸钠NiC1.6H2O=2:0.98。将NiCI.6H2O水溶液逐滴加到皂化液中,并开动搅拌器,维持温度在90~97℃之间,滴加时间为1.0~1.5小时,结束后继续反应2小时。

第三步:后处理过程。通过第二步制得了环烷酸镍,但该产物中含有较多的无机盐(主要是NaCI等),需经水洗除去。由于环烷酸盐粘度较大,为方便分层,在保持一定温度的同时加入适量溶剂(甲苯或二甲苯)稀释。进行2~3次水洗后排净水层,再进行脱水、脱溶剂处理。考虑到不同环烷酸盐的稳定性差异,脱水干燥控制温度和终点,一般建议在80-120℃之间。

化学性质:绿色透明膏状物。

用途:用作顺丁橡胶的催化剂组分之一。
