用途

3,5-二乙基-1,2-二氢-1-苯基-2-丙基吡啶可用作医药合成中间体，并在实验室研发过程中广泛使用。

制备

制备过程如下：在一个配备有机械搅拌器、回流冷凝器、温度计和添料漏斗的1000毫升四颈烧瓶中，加入86克去离子水、9.8克（0.16摩尔）乙酸和216克（3.0摩尔）丁醛。根据需要使用冰水浴冷却烧瓶。在持续搅拌并保持温度在20°C的条件下，于35分钟内逐步加入60克（0.64摩尔）苯胺。反应混合物在25°C以下搅拌一小时后，加热至75°C并保温两小时。随后将反应混合物加热至回流（约90°C），并维持五个小时。冷却后分离各层，并通过14英寸填充柱减压蒸馏上部有机层。最终，在顶部温度为140-143°C和5毫米汞柱压力下，收集的馏分重达104克，分析结果显示其中含有73%的DHP，总产率为46%。
