  摘要：

  新的Lp-PLA 2抑制剂是通过用咪唑或三唑生物替代Daradladib的酰胺基来合成的。不幸的是，这些衍生物的抑制活性低于达拉帕地布。但是有趣的是，发现了在合成过程中作为副产物分离出的一系列季铵盐，具有很高的效力。在这些副产物中，化合物22c在体外和体内均显示出与达拉帕地相似的特性。
