  本发明涉及一种如式(I)所示的具有光学活性的α‑胺基‑β‑羟基氨基酸衍生物及其制备方法和应用，通过以重氮化合物、N‑芳基取代甘氨酸酯、2，3‑二氯‑5，6‑二氰基‑1，4‑苯醌和水为原料，以醋酸铑、手性磷酸为催化剂，以有机溶剂为溶剂，在‑10℃下经过三组分反应，得到本发明光学活性α‑胺基‑β‑羟基氨基酸衍生物。本发明原料价廉易得，同时构建两个手性碳，制备路线短，操作安全简单，反应条件温和，具有高原子经济性，高选择性，便于获得α‑胺基‑β‑羟基氨基酸衍生物，提供多样性化合物骨架，广泛应用于新药筛选和制药领域。
