An efficient and original synthesis of various 2,4,7-trisubstituted pyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidines is reported. The first access to and the chemical interest of 2,4,7-trichloropyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine is described. Double arylations and SNAr reactions occurred selectively at the C4 and C2 positions of 2,4,7-trichloropyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine. The reactions at the C7 position were achieved under microwave irradiation
