  (EN) Compounds of formula (I), in which Ra is a group of formula (i) in which P1 is phenyl, bicyclic aryl, a 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring or Ra is a group of formula (ii) wherein P2 and P3 are independently phenyl, bicyclic aryl, a 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring or a bicyclic heterocyclic group; L is a group of formula -Y-C(=V)-DG- in which Y is -NH-, NR5 where R5 is C1-6alkyl, or Y is -CH2- or -O-; V is oxygen or sulphur; D is nitrogen, carbon or a CH group, G is hydrogen or C1-6alkyl, Ry is a 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring containing 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from oxygen, nitrogen and sulphur, or Ry is a group of formula -NReRf. The compounds have now been found to exhibit combined 5HT1A, 5HT1B and 5HT1D receptor antagonist activity. It is expected that such compounds will be useful for the treatment and prophylaxis of various CNS disorders with the advantage of a relatively fast onset of action.(FR) La présente invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule (I), dans laquelle: Ra représente un groupe de formule (i) où P1 représente un phényle, un aryle bicyclique, un noyau hétérocyclique de 5 à 7 chaînons, ou bien Ra représente un groupe de formule (ii) où P2 et P3 représentent indépendamment un phényle, un aryle bicyclique, un noyau hétérocyclique de 5 à 7 chaînons ou un groupe hétérocyclique bicyclique; L représente un groupe de formule -Y-C(=V)-DG- dans lequel Y représente -NH-, NR5 où R5 représente alkyle C1-C6 ou Y représente -CH2- ou -O-; V représente oxygène ou soufre; D représente azote, carbone ou un groupe CH; G représente hydrogène ou alkyle C1-C6, Ry représente un noyau hétérocyclique de 5 à 7 chaînons contenant 1 à 3 hétéroatomes sélectionnés dans le groupe oxygène, azote et soufre, ou Ry représente un groupe de formule -NReRf. Lesdits composés se sont avérés présenter une activité antagoniste combinée vis à vis des récepteurs 5HT1A, 5HT1B et 5HT1D. Il est souhaitable d'utiliser ces composés dans le traitement et la prophylaxie de différentes affections du système nerveux central, ceux-ci présentant l'avantage d'un début d'action relativement rapide.
