制备方法与用途

2,5-二氨基-1,4-二羟基苯二盐酸盐是有机合成中间体,可用于实验室研发和化工医药合成过程中。由高纯度2,5-二氨基-1,4-二羟基苯二盐酸盐制备的聚苯并噁唑,可以纺入具有高抗拉强度及良好热稳定性的纤维。于一个容积为1升的配置有气体分散搅拌器及冷却盘管的耐蚀镍基合金(Hastalloy)C型高压釜内装入117.3克(0.5摩尔)1,4-二羟基-2-氯-2,5-二硝基苯,400毫升冰醋酸,41克(约0.5摩尔)NaOAc,约7.0克10%的Pd/C以及100毫升水。将H2导入此密封反应器使其压力达400磅/平方英寸,温度达40℃,反应过程中,温度保持在40℃~50℃。经过短暂的诱导期之后,氢的消耗速度急剧加快,反应期间H2的压力须保持在100~400磅/平方英寸。反应完成时,则观察不到H2的消耗。此后,将反应器冷却至室温,打开反应器,加入400毫升含有10克SnCl2·2H2O的浓盐酸。过滤分离带有催化剂的粗产品,于85℃下将其溶于200克水并滤除催化剂,将水(100~300毫升)与500毫升HCl起加至上述滤液中,不含催化剂的物质自棕色溶液中沉淀出来。在原溶剂中进行重结晶,或将半纯物质分离出来经风干得到100克二氨基间苯二酚二氢氯酸盐即2,5-二氨基-1,4-二羟基苯二盐酸盐粗品〔按2,5-二氨基-1,4-二羟基苯为基准计的产率为96.8%(摩尔)〕。

    The energy levels (HOMO, LUMO) of the conjugated polymer are tuned independently, so that an energy match on both sides of the device can be accomplished while keeping the emission color in the blue region. Such polymers can be formed by polymerization of a mixture of monomers. The mixture of the monomers contains at least one monomer having an electron-deficient group sandwiched by two aromatic hydrocarbon groups (“Monomer (I)”) and at least one hole transporting (“HT”) monomer. The mixture of monomers may also contain a solubility enhancement (“SE”) monomer and/or a Branching Monomer. Such polymers can be used in fabricating light emitting diodes to achieve some of the best device performance to date including high efficiency and blue color purity.

    The present invention relates to compositions comprising rigid-rod polymers and carbon nanotubes. The compositions comprise dispersed carbon nanotubes aligned with rigid-rod polymers. The alignment of the nanotubes and polymers can be liquid crystalline. The rigid-rod polymers of this invention include, but are not limited to, polymers and copolymers comprising benzobisazole, pyridobisimidazole and benzamidazobenzo-phenanthroline repeat units. Dispersion of carbon nanotubes is achieved by in-situ polymerization in the presence of the carbon nanotubes, which may be either single-wall or multi-wall or a combination of both. The polymer compositions comprising carbon nanotubes may be spun into fibers or formed into films. The strength of the resulting fibers of the present invention is significantly greater than that of fibers without carbon nanotubes.
