  The thiopyranone-3 has been condensed with arylhydrazines, orthoamino acetophenone and orthoamino benzaldehyde to give some new indoles and quinolines.The Bthoxycarbonyl-2 derivative has given some pyrazolones. RMN and Mass Spectra are examinated.
