Use of Sodium Molybdate Dihydrate as an Efficient Heterogeneous Catalyst for the Synthesis of Benzopyranopyrimidine Derivatives

Sodium molybdate dihydrate (Na2MoO4.2H2O) has been investigated as a heterogeneous catalyst for the one-pot pseudofour-component synthesis of the benzopyranopyrimidine derivatives. This efficient and facile technique avoids the use of difficult workup and harsh reaction conditions.
