  将丙酮-乙醇中的 2-O-甲砜基-3，4，6-三-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖乙基黄原酸酯（III）、2-溴-2-脱氧-3，4，6-三-O-乙酰基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖溴化物（IV）、2-O-甲砜基-3，4，6-三-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖乙基黄原酸酯（VII）或 1-S-乙酰基-1-硫代-2-O-甲砜基-3，4，6-三-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖（VIII）回流五分钟。通过对 IX 进行脱乙酰化，制备出标题化合物，即吸湿性 Sirup，[α]22D-109.3°→-34°(H2O)。对 III 或 VII 进行碱性降解并不能得到 1，2-二脱氧-1，2-环硫基-β-D-吡喃甘露糖，而是在降解产物乙酰化后得到无定形粉末（XVI），m.p. 108∼113°，[α]28D+77.8°（CHCl3）。同样，III 或 VII 的 4、6-O-亚苄基化合物（XVIII 或 XX）在乙酰化后得到无定形粉末（XXI），[α]28D+111°(CHCl3)。对 XVI 和 XXI 的结构进行了讨论，并认为它们是聚合产物。

  (EN) This invention relates to novel 2,6-anhydro-1,2-dithio-D-manno- and D-altropyranosides of formula (I) wherein R1 represents a hydroxy or an azido group, R2 representa a nitro, cyano, amidino, aminothiocarbonyl, -C(=NH)-OCH3, -C(=NH)-NH-NH2, -C(=NH)-SCH3 or an acetamido group, and the acid addition salts thereof formed with organic or inorganic acids, if possible as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The compounds of the invention possess valuable therapeutic, particularly anticoagulant properties.(FR) Cette invention concerne de nouveaux 2,6-anhydro-1,2-dithio-D-manno- et D-altropyrannosides de la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe hydroxy ou un groupe azido, R2 représente un groupe nitro, cyano, amidino, aminothiocarbonyle, -C(=NH)-OCH3, -C(=NH)-NH-NH2, -C(=NH)-SCH3 ou un groupe acétamido, ainsi que leurs sels d'addition d'acide formés avec des acides organiques ou inorganiques, si possible, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. Les composés de l'invention présentent des propriétés thérapeutiques, notamment anticoagulantes avantageuses.
