生物活性

Mas7 (Mastoparan 7) 是 mastoparan 的结构类似物，是异源三聚体 Gi 蛋白及其下游效应物的活化剂。

体外研究

Mas7 (Mastoparan 7) 在不同细胞类型中产生多种生物效应。其对内源性单核苷酸 ADP- 核糖转移酶活性的影响在微摩尔范围内，最大激活值为基线的 205%。在百日咳毒素处理的血浆膜中，Mas7 对内源性单核苷酸 ADP- 核糖转移酶的作用部分被阻断，这表明 G 蛋白（如 Gi 或 G0）可能参与其中。

Mas7 是从伊普毒液中提取的基本十四肽，能够激活鸟嘌呤核苷酸结合调节蛋白 (G 蛋白) 并刺激凋亡。在平滑肌细胞中，Mas7 导致灌注压的增加。血管收缩由 Mas7 引起。由 mas-7 触发的血管收缩与去甲肾上腺素或加压素模拟的收缩相比，表现出更慢的增加。
