  本发明公开了一种抗球虫药物妥曲珠利的合成方法，所述的方法为：将3‑甲基‑4‑(4‑三氟甲硫基‑苯氧基)‑苯胺与甲氨基甲酰氯混合，在有机溶剂A中，在30～100℃下反应1～6h，待反应完全，得到反应液A经后处理，得到1‑甲基‑3‑[3‑甲基‑4‑(4‑三氟甲硫基‑苯氧基)‑苯基]‑脲粗品溶于有机溶剂B中，在0～40℃下，加入无机酸，反应1～5h，再加入氰酸盐水溶液，在35～50℃下，保温反应2～12h，得到反应液B经后处理得3‑甲基‑1‑[3‑甲基‑4‑(4‑三氟甲硫基苯氧基)苯基]‑缩二脲；将碳酸二乙酯和碱性物质混合，在40～80℃下加入3‑甲基‑1‑[3‑甲基‑4‑(4‑三氟甲硫基苯氧基)苯基]‑缩二脲，在有机溶剂C中，保温反应2～8h，得到反应液C经后处理得妥曲珠利纯品。本发明采用价廉易得的原料，反应条件温和，更环保、安全。
