  Diethyl- and dibuthyltetrakis(1-pyrazolyl)borato}thallium(III) complexes were prepared and characterized. The 1H-NMR spectra of pyrazolyl protons of the BPz4 ligand as well as the coupling constants between thallium and alkyl protons are discussed.
