In this study, a series of novel phenyl- and benzimidazole-substituted benzyl ethers were synthesized and evaluated for antibacterial and antifungal activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA), Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, and Candida krusei.
