  本发明公开了一种脂肪酰基牛磺酸表面活性剂的制备方法，步骤如下：将脂肪酸、酸酐投入反应器中；缓慢升温至80~160℃，回流反应5~10小时；接入真空‑0.08~‑0.09MPa，温度100~150℃，真空脱气2~10小时；降温至50~90℃；加入牛磺酸盐，反应温度50~300℃，反应1‑10小时；降温得成品；本发明通过对反应原料的优选，剔除掉危险性较大的酰氯，选择相对较为温和的原料，减少工艺的安全风险性；因为不再选用酰氯原料，可以不用通过纯化处理就得到目标产物，减少了废水的排放和环保压力，同时所选原料易得，工艺简单，对设备要求较低，可以实现批量化生产。
