制备方法与用途

化学性质

实际工业产品为异构体的混合物，呈现浅黄色透明油状液态，沸点在180-182℃（0.665kPa），相对密度为1.002。该物质溶于丙酮、苯和石油醚，而不溶于水。

用途

主要用作环氧树脂固化剂，适用于浇铸和层压制品，通常用量范围在120-150℃之间。使用后的产品具有良好的冲击韧性和电性能，但耐热性稍差。此外，它还可用于纸张上胶剂、防锈剂、醇酸树脂柔软性改良剂、塑料增塑剂、油墨配合剂、皮革憎水处理剂以及干燥剂和聚氯乙烯稳定剂的生产。通过将十二烯基丁二酸酐进行水解并减压脱水，即可得到十二烯基丁二酸（C16H28O4），这是一种用于各种润滑油添加剂的重要成分，在透平油、液压油、主轴油、导轨油和切削油中加入该品都能有效防止锈蚀。

生产方法

由顺丁烯二酸酐与叠合汽油在加热条件下反应，得到的十二烯基丁二酸酐粗品经过水洗后进行减压蒸馏，在165-240℃（0.53-1.33kPa）范围内收集馏分，即为最终成品。
