    摘要:
    Series of naphthoquinone thiol-crown ethers had been prepared. The antibacterial, antifungal, and cytotoxic activities of these synthetic naphthoquinone thiol-crown ethers were investigated. All of the compounds tested displayed antibacterial, cytotoxic and antifungal activities. The bis-naphthoquinone thiol-crown ether 7a was the most potent inhibitor among tested analogues against Staphylococcus aureus methicillin resistance with MIC value of 2.68 muM.     Condensation of 2,7-dibromotropone and 7-bromo-4-isopropyl-2-(4-tolysulfonyloxy)tropone with oligoethylene glycol bis(2-mercaptoethyl) ethers gave sulfur-containing crown ether derivatives. Among these mercurophilic derivatives, triethylene glycol bis(2-mercaptoethyl) derivatives transport and extract mercury ion excellently.

    Condensation of 4,6-bis(chloromethyl)-2,5-dimethoxytropone with di- and tri-ethylene glycol bis(2-mercaptoethyl) ethers gave dithio-crown ethers, which selectively included Hg2+ from aqueous solutions; the Hg2+ included was quantitatively liberated by acidification with dilute HCl, thus achieving an effective transportation of Hg2+.
