Thiocarbene and alkoxycarbene tungsten complexes exhibit typically different reaction paths

(butyl)thiocarbene tungsten complex [(OC)5WC(SEt)Bu] (1a) with an α,β-unsaturated secondary acid amide R2CHCHC(O)NHR14 in the presence of POCl3/Et3N gives cyclopentadienimines 12, whereas the isostructural alkoxycarbene complex [(OC)5WC(OEt)Bu] (1c) under similar conditions affords a (N-enamino)ethoxycarbene compound 9. Furthermore, condensation of the (methyl)thiocarbene tungsten complex [(OC)5WC(SEt)Me] (1b)
在POCl 3 / Et存在下,(丁基)硫代碳烯钨配合物[(OC)5 WC(SEt)Bu](1a)与α,β-不饱和仲酰胺R 2 CHCHC(O)NHR 1 4的缩合3 N得到环戊二亚胺12,而在类似条件下的同构烷氧基卡宾络合物[(OC)5 WC(OEt)Bu](1c)得到(N-烯氨基)乙氧基卡宾化合物9。此外,(甲基)硫卡宾钨配合物[(OC)5 WC(SEt)Me](1b)与酰胺4的缩合产生环戊烯亚胺19和亚烯基配合物20,而相应的乙氧基卡宾配合物[(OC)5 WC(OEt)CH 3 ](1d)在相似条件下形成4- NH-氨基-1-钨-1,3,5-己三烯16。
