摘要 以亚氨基膦为原料,成功合成了 16 种新型 3-甲硫基-5-取代苯甲酰胺-6-芳基氨基-1-苯基-1H-吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶-4 (5H)-one 衍生物 (4a-p),芳基异氰酸酯和取代的苯甲酰肼。通过FT-IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS阐明了标题化合物的结构。测定了化合物 4a-p 对欧洲油菜(油菜)、稗(稗)、黄瓜(黄瓜)和小麦(小麦)的除草活性。结果表明,5-(2-chlorobenzamido)-6-phenylamino-3-methylthio-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4 (5H)-one (4c) 对油菜的茎和根在10mg/L和100mg/L的剂量下抑制率为100%,和 5-(4-nitrobenzamido)-6-phenylamino-3-methylthio-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3
