  dTDP-L-二氢链糖：链霉菌素生物合成中涉及的一种酶-链霉菌素-6-磷酸二氢链糖基转移酶已通过六步法从链霉菌中纯化出来，从链霉菌中纯化到近乎同质，该方法涉及在链霉菌素-6-磷酸酯-Sepharose上进行色谱分离。通过凝胶过滤，发现该酶的表观Mr为约63000。在十二烷基硫酸钠凝胶上发现的亚基Mr为约35000。转移酶取决于Mn 2+或Mg 2+离子。Co2 +与Mg2 +一样有效。从测试的底物来看，在合成O-α-L-二氢链糖（1导致4）-链磷酸6-磷酸酯时，只有磷酸6-磷酸链烷酯是二氢链糖的受体。链烷，2-脱氧链胺和4-脱氧链胺均未发现活性。
