The reaction of β-fluoro vinamidinium salt 1 with Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reagents (HWE) such as diethyl(ethoxycarbonyl)methylphosphonate (2a), diethyl(methoxycarbonyl)methylphosphonate (2b), diethyl-2-oxopropylphosphonate (2c), diethyl benzylphosphonate (2d), tetraethyl methylenediphosphonate (2e) and diethyl cyanomethylphosphonate (2f) under basic conditions gave the fluorinated 1,3-butadienylphosphonates
β-氟乙烯基ami鎓盐1与Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons试剂(HWE)的反应,例如(乙氧基羰基)甲基膦酸二乙酯(2a),(甲氧基羰基)甲基膦酸二乙酯(2b),-2-氧代丙基膦酸二乙酯(2c),苄基膦酸二乙酯(2d),在碱性条件下,亚甲基二膦酸四乙酯(2e)和氰基甲基膦酸二乙酯(2f)以中等至良好的产率得到氟化的1,3-丁二烯基膦酸酯3。膦酸酯3可以用10%HCl水溶液水解,得到相应的γ-(二乙基膦酰基)-α-氟-α,β-不饱和醛7丰产。在70℃下用NH 3水溶液处理膦酸酯3c,以60%的收率得到吡啶衍生物8。
