  Four non‐cyanogenic cyanoglucosides including hydranitrilosides A1, A2, B1, and B2 (1–4, resp.), together with a new phenolic glucoside, 3‐hydroxy‐4‐methoxybenzoic acid 3‐O‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside (5), were isolated from the leaves of Hydrangea macrophylla. Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence.
