Amarogentin (AG) 是一种主要从龙胆科植物龙胆 Gentiana scabra Bge 的干燥根及根茎中提取的裂环烯醚苷，具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗糖尿病的作用。它是一种苦味受体 TAS2R1 的激动剂，能够抑制 LAD-2 细胞中物质 P 诱导的新合成 TNF-α 的产生。Amarogentin 还通过 G2/M 细胞周期阻滞和 PI3K/Akt 信号通路诱导人胃癌细胞（SNU-16）的凋亡，并与 AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) 的 α2 亚基相互作用，其 EC50 值为 277 pM。
