  摘要：

  首次提出了钯催化的脂肪族烯烃的氨基羰基化反应，而无需外部CO压力。N，N‐二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）用作所需一氧化碳和胺底物的原位来源。所应用的钯催化系统因许多羰基化反应而闻名，包括那些具有CO替代物和串联异构化羰基化的反应。对反应途径进行了研究并证明是通过酸催化的DMF分解为CO和二甲胺，随后进行烯烃的氨基羰基化而进行的。压力-时间曲线可更深入地了解酸浓度与氨基羰基化活性之间的关系。在商业玻璃器皿中，脂肪族烯烃（末端和内部）也被转化为相应的线性N，N选择性极佳的二甲基酰胺。因此，通过氨基羰基化合成酰胺的方法越来越接近标准有机实验室中的应用。

A polishing method using the polishing liquid is also provided.
