esters and -3-carbonitriles. The structure of the obtained pyrrolobenzothiazine derivatives was confirmed unambiguously by X-ray crystallographic study. Reaction of these pyrrolo[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazines with aliphatic primary amines resulted in the thiazine ring cleavage and formation of 2-[(5-aroyl-3-cyano(or ethoxycarbonyl)-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)thio]-N-alkylbenzamides.
(3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-2H-1,3-benzothiazin-2-ylidene) 乙酸乙酯和 (3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-2H-1,3-benzothiazin-2) 的烷基化-亚叉基)乙腈与苯酰氯在碳酸钾存在下显示在氮原子上产生相应的N-苯甲酰衍生物。后者在用 DMF·POCl 3 配合物处理后,转化为 1-aroyl-9-oxo-9H-pyrrolo[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazine-3-甲酸乙酯和 -3-腈类。得到的吡咯并苯并噻嗪衍生物的结构通过 X 射线晶体学研究得到明确证实。这些吡咯并[2,1-b][1,3]苯并噻嗪与脂肪族伯胺反应导致噻嗪环断裂并形成 2-[(5-aroyl-3-cyano(or ethoxycarbonyl)-1H-pyrrol- 2-基)硫代]-N-烷基苯甲酰胺。
