    摘要:
    Starting from a prototypical structure 1, we describe our efforts to design and obtain novel quinazoline/ pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-diones with high CB2 agonist potency and selectivity as well as improved physicochemical characteristics, mainly hydrophilicity. The most potent and selective CB2 agonists, 8 and 36, in this series were also endowed with lower logP values than that of GW842166X and lead compound 1. These derivatives appear to be promising lead compounds for the development of future CB2 agonists.

    Disclosed is a method for producing 1-hexene that is capable of reducing the amount of by-product polymers when 1-hexene is produced through the trimerization reaction of ethylene. The method for producing 1-hexene comprises the following steps 1 and 2: step 1: the step of preparing a catalytic component by bringing a transition metal complex represented by any one of formulae (1-1) to (1-3) into contact with a specific organic aluminum compound in the absence of ethylene; and step 2: the step of trimerizing ethylene in the presence of a catalyst obtainable by bringing the catalytic component obtained in step 1 into contact with a specific boron compound.

    An object of the present invention is to provide a silicon-bridged Cp-Ar transition metal complex that serves as a catalytic component capable of efficiently and highly selectively producing 1-hexene through the trimerization reaction of ethylene. The present invention provides a transition metal ion complex represented by any of formulae (1-1) to (1-3), etc.: wherein M represents a transition metal atom of Group 4 of the Periodic Table of the Elements; A represents a counter anion; R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, X1 and X2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like; R10 and R11 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like.

    A two-step pathway for preparing high pure quaternary phosphonium salts is disclosed. In the first step, hydrogen phosphide (PH 3 ) or a higher phophine reacts with a protonic compound to produce a phosphonium salt, which then reacts with a carbonic acid diester to produce a quaternary phosphonium salt in the second step. On one hand, hydrogen phosphide (PH 3 ) and higher phophines, including primary phosphines, secondary phosphines, and tertiary phosphines, after neutralization with protonic compound, become sufficiently reactive and can be alkylated by carbonic acid diester to form quaternary phosphonium cations. On the other hand, as an anion-exchange procedure is completely avoided, the process not only gives quaternary phosphonium salts of high purity, but also gives people freedom to design the cation and the anion of a quaternary phosphonium salt synchronously by choosing a preferred phosphine and a protonic compound that can supply a desired anion.

    An improvement to the use of DMF as a solvent for the condensation of 2-chlorobenzoic acids with aliphatic primary or secondary amines was described. A number of alkylaminobenzoic acids and dialkylaminobenzoic acids were synthesized in acceptable-to-good yield. The advantages of this procedure include readily available substrates, the use of an inexpensive copper powder without taking any precautions

    The synthesis of substituted 2-(alkylamino)benzoic acids using the Ullmann condensation with water as the solvent and ­utilizing ultrasound irradiation was achieved with high yields in a short reaction time.
