制备方法与用途

生物活性

TOOS 是高度溶解于水的苯胺衍生物，广泛应用于诊断和生物实验。

用途

• 显色剂：用于过氧化氢酶分光光度法测定。仅限定量测定人血清、血浆或尿液中的尿酸（UA）浓度。
• 胆固醇比色测定；
• 水溶性试剂，用于过氧化氢酶光度法测定；
• 水溶性试剂，用于酶光度法测定过氧化氢。

新型 Trinder's 试剂是一种高水溶性的苯胺衍生物，广泛应用于诊断检测和生化试验。在比色法测定过氧化氢活性中，它相比常规试剂具有若干优势，并且足够稳定，适用于溶液及试验流水线检测系统。

在过氧化氢和过氧化物酶的存在下，新型 Trinder's 试剂与4-氨基安替比林（4-AA）或3-甲基苯并噻唑砜腙（MBTH）的氧化偶合反应过程中，形成非常稳定的紫色或蓝色染料。与 MBTH 偶合染料相比，摩尔吸光度高1.5至2倍；而 4-AA 溶液比 MBTH 溶液更稳定。

底物被其相应的氧化酶酶促氧化产生过氧化氢，其浓度对应于底物浓度。因此，可通过氧化偶合反应的显色测定底物的数量。葡萄糖、酒精、酰基-辅酶A 和胆固醇可以用于检测与新型 Trinder's 试剂及4-AA 偶合的那些底物。

现有10种新型 Trinder's 试剂，其中 TOOS 是最常用的。然而，对于特定的底物，试验不同种类的新型 Trinder's 试剂有助于开发最佳的检测系统。
