There are provided an active energy ray-curable ink composition which contains at least a compound that generates an acid by exposure to radiation and cationic polymerizable monomers, the ink composition includes a compound represented by the following Formula (1), and at least one of an oxirane compound or a vinyl ether compound, as the cationic polymerizable monomers:
wherein, in Formula (1), R1 represents a group having an oxetane skeleton; m is an integer from 1 to 4; A represents an m-valent group having a bicyclo ring skeleton or a tricyclo ring skeleton, the bicyclo ring skeleton and the tricyclo ring skeleton respectively containing at least one oxygen atom; and R1 and A may be substituted with any substituent, that does not have an epoxy structure in the substituent.
