制备方法与用途

应用

1-异丁基-2-甲基咪唑是一种重要的涂料添加剂和医药中间体，可通过2-甲基咪唑与氯代异丁烷进行亲核取代反应制备。

制备

在100毫升甲苯中加入25毫升三乙胺，并逐步加入12.3克2-甲基咪唑。加热至60～65℃，待溶液澄清后，缓慢滴加16.7克氯代异丁烷。滴加完成后，在相同温度下保温3小时。随后，将反应体系逐渐升温至100～110℃，继续保温5小时。保温结束后，冷却到10℃以下，进行过滤并蒸馏滤液。收集96～98℃（4.5mmHg）的馏分13克，即得到1-异丁基-2-甲基咪唑。以2-甲基咪唑计，该方法的摩尔收率为63%。
