作用机制

醋酸甲泼尼龙是人工合成的糖皮质激素。该药物能够扩散透过细胞膜,并与胞浆内特异受体结合形成复合物,随后进入细胞核并与DNA结合启动mRNA转录过程,进而合成多种酶蛋白。全身给药后,这些酶最终通过不同的作用机制发挥多种生理效应。
