  本发明公开了一类新型硫杂蒽酮可见光引发剂及其制备方法和应用，属于自由基可见光引发剂领域。本发明的新型硫杂蒽酮的结构式如下所示。在惰性气体保护下，将2,4‑二羟基硫杂蒽酮溶解在有机溶剂中，加入无机碱，使用催化量的2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚和/或碘化钾，一次性或分批加入卤代烃或苯磺酸酯化合物，加热反应至2,4‑二羟基硫杂蒽酮反应完全，得到新型硫杂蒽酮。本发明的新型硫杂蒽酮应用于预聚物含硫醇‑烯烃类、丙烯酸酯类、苯乙烯类、乙烯基醚类等各种自由基光聚合体系，用于改性聚氨酯、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂、环氧树脂。本发明的新型硫杂蒽酮光引发效率高，其自身可参与聚合，还能对光聚合材料进行改性。
