  摘要：

  A series of new pyrimidine derivatives, including those containing an azole or azine heterocycle linked through a sulfur atom or a thiomethylene group, was synthesized based on 2-amino-6-methylpyrimidine-4(3H)-thione. The synthesized compounds exhibited a pronounced stimulating effect on plants growth in the range of 43-96% compared to heteroauxin.

  Eight novel 5,7-disubstituted-2-5-methyl-3-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)isoxazol-4-ylcarbonylimin} -2H-1,2,4-thiadiazolo[2,3-a]pyrimidines were synthesized by multi-step reactions in yields 68-85%. Reactions were carried out either by ultrasound irradiation or conventional method, and found it was faster and more efficient under ultrasonic irradiation. Preliminary herbicidal activities against Echinochloa crus-galli, Digitaria sanguinalis and Chenopodium serotinum were also evaluated by flat-utensil method, and the results indicated that the target compounds exhibited significant activities, some were even higher than the control herbicide.   AbstractCounty level farmland and residential housing values are estimated for the Mid‐Atlantic region as a function of farm returns, developed land values, household incomes, population densities, and location. Results are based on the hypothesis that farmland owners anticipate land development and that nonfarm factors are important determinants of farmland prices. Response of farmland prices to change in farm returns is found to be inelastic and relatively uniform in rural and urban counties. Response to nonfarm factors is found to be more elastic and substantially greater in rural counties.
